金属在切削过程中,随着刀具后刀面磨损带宽度的增加,切削力、振动、微位移等信号也会发生相应的变化,它们也具有一定的相关性,利用多源传感信息信号可以实现刀具磨破损状态的监测。基于VMC855铣床和Kistler力传感器等设备,主要记录了多工况下铣刀刀具的磨损程度及加工时的力/力矩信号,数据量17.01GB。
During metal cutting processes, as the width of the flank wear land of cutting tools increases, signals including cutting force, vibration, and micro-displacement will change correspondingly, and these signals exhibit a certain correlation. Multi-source sensing signals can be utilized to achieve the monitoring of tool wear and breakage states. Based on devices such as the VMC855 milling machine and Kistler force sensors, this dataset mainly records the wear levels of milling cutters and the force and torque signals during machining under various cutting conditions, with a total data volume of 17.01 GB.
