以模拟月壤砖为研究对象,工业CT扫描得到CT断层图像,纳米压痕仪获取显微照片及压痕荷载-位移曲线,低速双目摄像机、万能试验机、高速摄影机获取双目图像、荷载位移曲线、单目图像。针对模拟月壤砖多维度表征需求,构建“微观结构解析-细观力学表征-宏观性能预测”的全流程技术框架。另建立数字孪生模型,无损预测模拟月壤砖的宏微观结构变化和力学性能。形成模拟月壤砖多尺度结构-力学性能智能表征大规模数据集。

This study takes simulated lunar soil bricks as the research subject. Industrial CT scanning is utilized to obtain CT tomographic images; a nanoindentation tester is employed to acquire micrographs and indentation load-displacement curves; low-speed binocular cameras, universal testing machines, and high-speed cameras are used to collect binocular images, load-displacement curves, and monocular images respectively. To meet the multi-dimensional characterization requirements of simulated lunar soil bricks, a full-process technical framework of "microstructure analysis - mesomechanical characterization - macroscopic performance prediction" was constructed. Additionally, a digital twin model was established to non-destructively predict the macro-micro structural changes and mechanical properties of simulated lunar soil bricks. Finally, a large-scale dataset for intelligent characterization of multi-scale structure-mechanical performance of simulated lunar soil bricks was developed.
