做为电机的励磁器件,永磁材料的性能直接影响着电机的输出功率。而相对磁导率是永磁材料性能参数的一个重要指标,本数据主要为某地区烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的相对磁导率情况,判断其是否符合烧结钕铁硼永磁材料国家标准中的典型值,符合典型值的概率情况。为电机用户提供设计选材依据和凭证。1.样品采集:对某地区钕铁硼材料生产企业送检的烧结钕铁硼磁体样品中随机抽取样本进行检验分析。2.数据检测:将样品进行编号,参照GB/T3217-2013永磁(硬磁)材料磁性能试验方法用BH仪对样本进行检测,得到剩磁、磁感矫顽力检测数值并记录。3.数据处理:常温下选取BH曲线均为直线的样本,在高斯单位情况下,相对磁导率计算公式: µ=Br/Hcb ,其中Br为剩磁值,Hcb为磁感矫顽力值。根据相对磁导率公式计算出每个样品的相对磁导率值,与典型值作比较。4.数据应用:为永磁电机磁钢设计选材提供数据支撑。
As excitation components of electric motors, the performance of permanent magnetic materials directly dictates the output power of the motors. Relative magnetic permeability is a critical performance parameter for permanent magnetic materials. This dataset centers on the relative magnetic permeability of sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic materials from a designated region, aiming to evaluate the probability that their relative magnetic permeability complies with the typical values stipulated in the national standard for sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic materials, providing a reliable basis and reference for motor users to conduct material selection during design.
1. Sample Collection: Random samples were extracted from the sintered NdFeB magnet samples submitted for inspection by NdFeB material manufacturers in the target region, and subjected to testing and analysis.
2. Data Detection: The samples were numbered, and tested using a BH analyzer in accordance with GB/T 3217-2013 Test Methods for Magnetic Properties of Permanent (Hard) Magnetic Materials. The measured values of residual magnetic flux density (Br) and coercive force of magnetic flux density (Hcb) were recorded.
3. Data Processing: Samples with straight BH curves at room temperature were selected. Under Gaussian units, the calculation formula for relative magnetic permeability is: µ = Br/Hcb, where Br represents the residual magnetic flux density value and Hcb represents the coercive force of magnetic flux density value. The relative magnetic permeability value of each sample was calculated using the aforementioned formula, and compared with the typical values specified in the national standard for sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic materials.
4. Data Application: This dataset provides data support for material selection during the design of magnetic steels for permanent magnet motors.
