同步电动机轴承比压是轴承性能的重要参数之一,直接影响着其负荷承受能力、磨损和寿命、刚度等方面。考虑到轴承比压对轴承性能的重要影响,同步电动机轴承的设计和选型时需要对比压进行充分考虑,以保证轴承在工作过程中的性能和寿命。轴承径向比压是指轴承受的载荷与径向接触面积之比。1、数据采集:同步电动机轴承加工完成后,采用内径千分尺测定轴瓦内径,采用油标卡尺测定轴瓦宽度,采用载荷试验机测定单个轴承的径向工作载荷。2、数据处理:通过计算得到同步电动机轴承径向比压值:轴承径向比压(N/mm2)=轴承经向工作载荷(Kg)×10/(轴瓦直径(mm)×轴瓦有效宽度(mm))进行计算,得出轴承径向比压值。3、数据评价:参比同步电动机轴承径向比压标准,如果比压值≤2.5,则判定为合格;如果比压值>2.5,则判定为不合格。

Given the significant impact of bearing specific pressure on bearing performance, sufficient consideration should be given to the specific pressure during the design and selection of synchronous motor bearings to ensure the bearings' performance and service life during operation. The radial specific pressure of a bearing refers to the ratio of the load borne by the bearing to its radial contact area. 1. Data Collection: After the synchronous motor bearings are machined, the inner diameter of the bearing shells is measured with an internal micrometer, the width of the bearing shells is measured with a vernier caliper, and the radial working load of a single bearing is measured with a load testing machine. 2. Data Processing: The radial specific pressure value of the synchronous motor bearing is calculated via the following formula: Radial specific pressure of the bearing (N/mm²) = (Radial working load of the bearing (Kg) × 10) / (Diameter of the bearing shell (mm) × Effective width of the bearing shell (mm)), and the radial specific pressure value of the bearing is thus obtained. 3. Data Evaluation: Referring to the radial specific pressure standard for synchronous motor bearings, if the specific pressure value is ≤ 2.5, it is judged as qualified; if the specific pressure value > 2.5, it is judged as unqualified.
