Expression data from WT SIRT6 and SIRT6 albumin CRE conditional mice

Microarray analysis of liver tissue from WT SIRT6 and conditional knockout of SIRT6 using albumin-Cre (SIRT6Co/Co ;Alb-Cre) at 2 and 8 months of age RNA was extracted from mouse liver tissue at 2 and 8 months of age. RNA from three pairs of WT SIRT6 and SIRT6Co/Co ;Alb-Cre mice was combined and hybridized to Affymetrix mouse gene 1.0 ST arrays.本研究针对2月龄与8月龄的野生型（Wild Type, WT）SIRT6小鼠，以及利用白蛋白-Cre（albumin-Cre）构建的SIRT6条件性敲除小鼠（SIRT6Co/Co;Alb-Cre）的肝组织开展微阵列分析。实验中，分别从2月龄和8月龄的小鼠肝组织中提取RNA，将3对野生型SIRT6与SIRT6Co/Co;Alb-Cre小鼠的RNA样本混合后，与Affymetrix小鼠基因1.0 ST芯片进行杂交实验。
