Effects of baicalin and probenecid on microRNA expression profiles in PAVECs infected with Glaesserella parasuis

By use of the next generation sequencing, we compared the effects of baicalin and probenecid on the expression profiles of miRNAs in G. parasuis-infected PAVECs, to explore the potential functions of baicalin and probenecid on G. parasuis-infected PAVECs. Our findings will help to better understand the molecular mechanisms and effects of baicalin and probenecid on vascular damage and vascular inflammation, and provide a basis for developing new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for G. parasuis infection.
