Requests can be submitted for the following categories: Buses Bus Stop Service - Help keep our transit stops clean, safe, and accessible. Let us know if you need service at a local bus stop. Request Bus Stop Enhancement - Request something new at a bus stop. Let us know if we can add something to a bus stop, like a bench or new signs. Customer Experience Request not found - Submit issues or requests services not listed in other categories. If you’ve looked on our website but couldn’t find the answer to your question or the contact information you need, please let us know. Dead Animals Dead Animal Removal - Report dead animals in public spaces. We will collect a dead animal placed curbside at a residence, in the public right of way, or on a city street. Housing & Neighborhoods Public Nuisance - Issues that impact the safety and cleanliness of our neighborhoods. Unsafe or Unit Housing Conditions - Concerns about safe and livable housing Let us know if your residence may not meet the minimum standards required by Raleigh Housing Code for safe and livable housing. Neighborhood & Environment Graffiti - Help us maintain a clean community. Tell us about graffiti in a public space. Vehicles(s): Abandoned, Parked in Yard - Report vehicles that are a problem or out of place. An abandoned vehicle is usually found on a public road, highway, or in a city parking lot. They may not always have a license plate. A vehicle left in the front yard of a residence might break city rules. Let us know and we’ll check it out. Parks & Recreation Park and Greenway Service - Help keep our outdoor spaces clean and enjoyable. Let us know you need service at a park, greenway or other recreational areas. Playgrounds - Help maintain City playgrounds. Let us know you need service for a playground. Tree Service - Help ensure tree safety and maintain healthy green spaces. Let us know you need tree service for a park, greenway, or City property. We typically handle trees on City property, so if we can't provide the service, we'll let you know. Permits & Planning Development Process - Ask us about the development process, including entitlement and plan review. Permit Portal - Report issues or get help for the Permit Portal. Permits & Inspections - Ask a question about getting a permit. Zoning - Ask questions related to Zoning, including regulations, verifications, and enforcement. Stormwater & Water Flooding, Drainage, or Runoff - Address water management concerns in your area. Let us know if you notice notice flooding or drainage issues. Waterway Spills & Pollution - Help protect our environment and water quality. Tell us about a spill or pollution that impacts a waterway in Raleigh. This includes a creek, stream, dam, river, etc. Transportation & Mobility Bike & Scooters - Report scooter or bike share issues. Notify the City of Raleigh when a scooter or bikeshare is blocking a sidewalk. Downtown Services - If you find something in downtown Raleigh that needs to be addressed, please let us know. Potholes & Sinkholes - Large holes in the road or ground. Tell us about a pothole or sinkhole so we can repair them and keep our roads safe. Sidewalk Issues - Help maintain safe and accessible pathways. Tell us about a safety issue with a sidewalk. This can include items like broken curbs, cracks and items blocking the path. Signs and Signals - Report issues with traffic signs, lights, or signals. Tell us about an issue with a sign, signal, or light. This could be for a broken traffic signal, streetlight, or a knocked down sign. This helps ensure safe and efficient travel for everyone on the road. Something in My Way - Issues with street view or blocked paths. Tell us about issues with streets or sidewalks caused by overgrown plants or landscaping. This includes bushes blocking visibility, overgrowth on sidewalks, or fences, signs and trees creating problems. Street Service - Help keep roads safe and repaired. Let us know if you see a problem on a street. This includes debris, faded crosswalks, or other marking issues. For pavement issues, see the Pothole/Sinkhole service request. Transportation Improvement Request - Request an improvement with any aspect of the transportation system.
