Response of oil-degrading microbes in the ternary (oil-dispersant-EPS) system: COAST, mesocosm experiment with Coastal water with coastal microbial concentrate, bottom particle dichloromethane extract FTICR MS data

This dataset includes data generated from the electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron mass spectrometry (ESI-FT-ICR-MS) analysis of aggregates that have sunk to the bottom of mesocosm tanks following dichloromethane extraction. Samples were collected during mesocosm experiments conducted in October 2015 at Texas A&M Galveston, and the samples were lyophilized in Galveston then extracted (dichloromethane) and analyzed by ESI-FT-ICR-MS at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA in September of 2016.
