Comparison of the transcriptome of the ethanol adapted yeast and control at 10% ethanol

In this study, using DNA microarray analysis, we compared the comprehensive expression profiles of two yeast trains, i.e, the previously obtained ethanol-adapted yeast strain and the parental strain as control (FY834), under the ethanol stress condition (YPD medium contained 10% ethanol)本研究采用DNA微阵列分析（DNA microarray analysis），在添加10%乙醇的YPD培养基（YPD medium）所构建的乙醇胁迫条件下，对比了两株酵母菌株的全基因组表达谱：即前期获得的乙醇适应性酵母菌株，与作为对照的亲本菌株（FY834）。
