Sediment chlorophyll-a (MR16-06)

Sediment was collected by the Smith-McIntyre grab. Duplicates 1 ml surface (< 1 cm) samples were collected with a cut-off syringe. Sediment chlorophyll-a samples were extracted for more than 24-hour in the dark incubation with solvent at 4 degree Celsius.

沉积物采用史密斯-麦金泰采泥器（Smith-McIntyre grab）采集。使用截短注射器采集1毫升表层（<1厘米）沉积物平行样品。沉积物叶绿素a样品以溶剂于4摄氏度避光条件下孵育萃取，萃取时长超过24小时。
