Whole blood RNAseq of SIVmac239-infected Mamu-B*08+/- indian rhesus macaques with and without heterologous adenovirus-vector SIV vaccination. Whole blood RNAseq of SIVmac239-infected Mamu-B*08+/- indian rhesus macaques with and without heterologous adenovirus-vector SIV vaccination
收藏资源简介:
Investigation of the transcriptional response in whole blood following SIVmac239 infection in Macaca mulatta vaccinated with heterologous prime-boost adenovirus-vector SIVmac239 Vif and Nef. Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis in vaccinated Macaca mulatta whole blood of each time point following production SIVmac239 infection in animals with binary allelic background (Mamu-B*08pos or neg) and unvaccinated Mamu-B*08neg control. Pre-infection vaccination was heterologous prime-boost with recombinant vectors expressing SIVmac239 Vif and Nef (rAd5-Vif and rAD5-Nef; rVSV-Nef-Tat-Vif; rRRV-Rev-Tat-Nef, rRRV-Nef, rRRV-Vif). Animals were repeatedly challenged with a maginal infectious dose of SIVmac239 until infection was established. Only the challenge establishing infection and the respective pre-challenge baseline were sequenced.
