We evaluated transcriptional profiling of CD4 T cells from mesenteric and genital lymph nodes following SIV infection by RNA-seq. Overall design: CD4 T cells from mesenteric LNs (mLNs) and genital LNs (gLNs) in monkeys necropsied on day 0, 3, 7 and 10 following SIV infection were enriched and sorted.
