Polish Nuclear Energy Programme

In accordance with Article 10 of the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) and Article 7 of Directive (2001/42/EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment (SEA Directive), the Republic of Poland has notified the Republic of Austria of the establishment of the Polish Nuclear Energy Programme (PPK).

依据《跨界环境影响评估公约（埃斯波公约，Espoo Convention）》之《战略环境评估议定书》第10条，以及2001年6月27日欧洲议会与理事会颁布的《关于对特定计划和方案开展环境影响评估的2001/42/EC号指令（战略环境评估指令，SEA Directive）》第7条之规定，波兰共和国已就本国核能计划（Polish Nuclear Energy Programme，简称PPK）的设立事项向奥地利共和国作出正式通报。
