Specialist position on the programme for Polish nuclear energy

In accordance with Article 10 of the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in the Transboundary Framework (Espoo Convention) and Article 7 of Directive (2001/42/EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment (SEA Directive), the Republic of Poland has notified the Republic of Austria of the establishment of the Polish Nuclear Energy Programme (PPC).

根据《跨界环境影响评估公约（埃斯波公约，Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in the Transboundary Framework）》之《战略环境评估议定书》第10条，以及2001年6月27日欧洲议会与理事会颁布的第(2001/42/EC)号《关于评估某些计划和方案对环境影响的指令》（战略环境评估指令，SEA Directive）第7条，波兰共和国已就波兰核能计划（Polish Nuclear Energy Programme，PPC）的设立事宜通知奥地利共和国。
