面向产品和服务质量分析的客服对话与产品属性数据集

采用Selenium数据爬虫，从京东网站上爬取在售手机的相关参数以及用户评论，对3000余款手机进行筛选，排除商品名或店铺名等基本信息不清晰的产品、预订以及二手产品，并且要求每款产品至少包含5条好评、5条中评和5条差评，最终获得了总计1171件手机类产品的904232条评论，其中好评677266条，中评73443条，差评153523条。由于网站限制每款手机至多显示1000条好评、1000条中评、1000条差评，获取到的每款手机的评论数在32-3000条之间。数据类型为文件。

Using Selenium web crawlers, we crawled relevant specifications and user reviews of on-sale mobile phones from JD.com. We screened over 3,000 mobile phone products, excluding items with unclear basic information such as product names or shop names, pre-ordered products, and second-hand goods. Additionally, we required each eligible product to have at least 5 positive reviews, 5 neutral reviews, and 5 negative reviews. Finally, we obtained a total of 904,232 reviews covering 1,171 mobile phone products, including 677,266 positive reviews, 73,443 neutral reviews, and 153,523 negative reviews. Due to the website's restriction that each mobile phone product can display up to 1,000 positive, 1,000 neutral, and 1,000 negative reviews, the number of reviews collected for each product ranges from 32 to 3,000. The data is stored in file format.
