Analysis of Transcriptome Data from Lung Infected with M. bovis Isolates in Guinea Pigs

To test whether guinea pigs respond to M. bovis infection, a model was developed. Extensive inflammatory damage was found in the lung tissue of guinea pigs inoculated with 1010 CCU.
