本数据集围绕刀具在线监测和换刀决策系统研发需求,涵盖刀具监测室内实验、工程现场使用、第三方检测及换刀作业四大类核心数据。数据采集时间为 2023 年 1 月至 2025 年 9 月,空间覆盖中南大学盾构实验室、深江项目现场、崇太项目现场等关键场景。数据时间精度达实时采集级,空间精度覆盖 68 个检测点位(35 个刀筒),涵盖滚刀、切刀等核心刀具类型。数据采集采用 "传感器实时监测 + 人工实测记录 + 第三方重复验证" 的综合方法,经双人复核、异常数据剔除、重复测试取平均等质量控制流程,确保数据可靠性。数据集包含.csv、.xlsx、.jpg、.mp4、.png 等多种格式,总数据量约 69.55MB,全面记录了刀具磨损、转速、温度、切削载荷等关键参数及失效类型、换刀决策等核心信息,为刀具失效诊断算法优化、换刀策略改进及隧道工程智能施工提供重要数据支撑。
This dataset is developed to meet the R&D requirements of tool online monitoring and tool change decision-making systems, covering four core types of data: indoor tool monitoring experiments, on-site engineering applications, third-party inspections, and tool change operations. The data was collected from January 2023 to September 2025, covering key scenarios including the Shield Tunnel Laboratory of Central South University, the Shenjiang Project Site, and the Chongtai Project Site. The data has real-time collection-level time accuracy, with spatial coverage of 68 detection points (35 cutter barrels), and covers core tool types such as disc cutters and chisel cutters. The data was collected through a comprehensive method combining "real-time sensor monitoring + manual on-site measurement and recording + third-party repeated verification". Quality control procedures including double review, abnormal data elimination, and averaging of repeated tests were implemented to ensure data reliability. The dataset contains multiple formats including .csv, .xlsx, .jpg, .mp4, .png, with a total data volume of approximately 69.55 MB. It comprehensively records key parameters such as tool wear, rotational speed, temperature, and cutting load, as well as core information such as failure types and tool change decisions, providing important data support for the optimization of tool failure diagnosis algorithms, the improvement of tool change strategies, and intelligent construction of tunnel engineering.
