Genome resequencing data of the bin map in B.napus

A high-density genetic map was constructed via genome resequencing in the RIL population derived from a cross of two rapeseed varieties, ZS11 and DL704, with great differences in thousand seed weight (TSW). We resequenced both parents with approximately 30 sequencing depth and 80 lines with approximately 5 sequencing depth on an Illumina HiSeq platform and produced clean data for SNPs and InDels to develop bin markers.
