中国农药登记数据

根据《农药管理条例》和《农药管理条例实施办法》的有关规定，我国对农药这一特殊商品实行农药登记制度。农药登记证是农药进入市场销售必须取得的三证之一，农药申报人必须按照《农药登记资料要求》的内容提供有关材料，进行毒性、残留、环境、药效等试验，并将材料提交至农业部进行审查，符合条件方能取得农药登记证。  2019年，随着新修订《农药管理条例》的贯彻实施，农药风险管理进一步强化，绿色发展理念不断深入，低风险农药及生物源农药品种稳步上升。农药登记是农药产品进入市场的重要关口，因而登记农药产品结构的变化在一定程度上反映了农药产业发展的趋势和现状。

Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Regulation on Pesticide Administration and the Implementing Measures of the Regulation on Pesticide Administration, China implements the pesticide registration system for pesticides as a special commodity. The pesticide registration certificate is one of the three mandatory certificates that must be obtained before a pesticide can be sold in the market. Pesticide applicants must submit relevant materials in accordance with the Pesticide Registration Data Requirements, conduct tests on toxicity, residue, environmental impact, efficacy, etc., and submit the materials to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for review. Only those meeting the requirements can obtain the pesticide registration certificate.

In 2019, with the implementation of the newly revised Regulation on Pesticide Administration, pesticide risk management has been further strengthened, the concept of green development has been increasingly deepened, and the varieties of low-risk pesticides and bio-based pesticides have steadily increased. Pesticide registration is a key gateway for pesticide products to enter the market. Therefore, changes in the structure of registered pesticide products reflect the development trends and current status of the pesticide industry to a certain extent.
