Transcriptomic regulation during meiosis (Clb5Delta-Clb6Delta mutant)

We studied the meiotic regulation of transcription in the mutant Clb5Delta-Clb6Delta (deficient for the meiotic replication), by comparing the mRNA level at time t=1h to t=8h after meiosis induction, to the mRNA level at time t=0h.本研究以存在减数分裂复制缺陷的突变体Clb5Delta-Clb6Delta为研究对象，通过将减数分裂诱导后t=1h与t=8h的mRNA水平与t=0h时的mRNA水平进行对比分析，探究该突变体内转录过程的减数分裂调控机制。
