MSK model validation dataset

Dataset for OpenSim model and tool testing. Contains experimental marker (.trc / .c3d), force (.mot / .c3d), electromyography (.mat), fascicle length (.mat) and indirect calorimetry (.xml / .mat) data from 8 participants who each performed up to 19 hopping trials to different frequency and height constraints. Also contains base scaling, IK and ID setup files and a base model file (https://simtk.org/projects/model-high-flex) which have been adapted to complement our experimental marker set and force data. Data that are in .mat format are readable files in MATLAB or in Python via 'scipy.' Note that certain trials and data are missing as they were deemed erroneous during data collection or processing.
