DMD

Dietary MicroRNA Databases (DMD) is the first repository for archiving and analyzing the published and novel microRNAs discovered in dietary resources. Annotation for each entry, a mature microRNA indexed as DM0000*, covers information of the mature sequences, genome locations, hairpin structures of parental pre-microRNAs, cross-species sequence comparison, disease relevance, and the experimentally validated gene targets.膳食微RNA（microRNA）数据库（Dietary MicroRNA Databases, DMD）是首个可对膳食来源中已发表及新发现微RNA进行存档与分析的专用资源库。针对每条以DM0000*为索引的成熟微RNA条目，其注释信息涵盖成熟序列、基因组定位、对应前体微RNA的发夹结构、跨物种序列比对、疾病相关性，以及经实验验证的基因靶标。
