在瑞安市开展淡水产品检测，从而为合格率评价提供事实依据，为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集：在全市开展淡水产品检测，对其检测结果数据展开分析。2.数据检测：农业农村部公告 第250号《食品动物中禁止使用的药品及其他化合物清单》、GB 31650-2019《食品安全国家标准 食品中兽药最大残留限量》等国家标准，对食品进行检测获得相关数据。3.数据处理：筛选出所有问题项检测结果，进行不合格率的评估。全部样品不合格率=全部样品不合格数/全部样品总数；具体样品类别不合格率（如：鲫鱼不合格率）=具体样品类别不合格数/具体样品类别总数。通过对全部样品不合格率的分析，了解全市淡水产品食品安全现状，通过对不同样品类别不合格率的分析，了解哪各样品类别的不合格率比较高，为群众的健康饮食提供数据参考，也为后续工作中确定需要重点检测对象提供借鉴。
Conducted freshwater product testing in Rui'an City to provide factual basis for qualification rate evaluation, as well as reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Carry out freshwater product testing across the entire city and analyze the collected test result data. 2. Data Testing: Perform food product testing in accordance with national standards including Announcement No. 250 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (List of Prohibited Drugs and Other Compounds for Food Animals) and GB 31650-2019 National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits for Veterinary Drugs in Food, to obtain relevant test data. 3. Data Processing: Screen out all non-conforming test results and evaluate the non-conformity rate. The overall non-conformity rate of all samples = number of non-conforming samples / total number of all samples; The non-conformity rate of a specific sample category (e.g., crucian carp non-conformity rate) = number of non-conforming samples in that category / total number of samples in the category. Through analysis of the overall non-conformity rate, the current food safety status of freshwater products in the city can be ascertained. Through analysis of the non-conformity rates of different sample categories, the sample categories with relatively high non-conformity rates can be identified, providing data references for the public's healthy diet and offering references for determining key testing targets in subsequent work.
