EQA scheme for immission measurement 2015

The results of this interlaboratory test are summarised in the report ‘Ringversuch zur Immissionsmessung 2015’. The competence in the measurement of ozone (O3) and nitrogen oxides (NO and NO2) was tested. The measurement results of all 11 participating organisations were subjected to the same statistical evaluation procedures as foreseen for the EQASs of the European Reference Laboratories: according to the ‘Protocol for intercomparison exercises’, AQUILA document N37. Since February 2010, the Federal Environment Agency has regularly offered the operators of national and international air quality networks, as well as measuring instrument manufacturers, civil engineers and laboratories for immission measurements the opportunity to check the measurement accuracy of their systems for different air pollutants in interlaboratory tests. In 2015, the interlaboratory test for immission measurements took place for the first time at the new interlaboratory test facility at Handelskai.

本次实验室间比对试验的结果总结于报告《2015年环境污染物浓度测量实验室间比对试验》（德语原标题：Ringversuch zur Immissionsmessung 2015）。本次试验针对臭氧（O₃）及氮氧化物（NO、NO₂）的检测能力开展了考核。所有11家参与机构的检测结果，均严格遵循欧洲参考实验室外部质量评估计划（External Quality Assessment Schemes, EQAS）预设的统一统计评估流程进行处理，具体依据《比对试验规程》（AQUILA文档N37）执行。自2010年2月起，德国联邦环境署定期面向各国及国际空气质量监测网络运营方、检测仪器制造商、土木工程师以及环境污染物浓度测量实验室，提供参与实验室间比对试验的机会，以验证其针对各类空气污染物的检测系统的测量准确性。2015年，本次环境污染物浓度测量实验室间比对试验首次在汉德尔凯（Handelskai）新建的实验室间比对试验场地开展。
