This dataset contains anonymised qualitative responses from consumer respondents to the question "What does value chain transparency mean to you?" collected as part of the study supporting the article "Leveraging Circular Business Models to Achieve Living Incomes for Ivorian Cocoa Farmers." In addition to the raw responses, the file includes completed qualitative analysis that categorises and interprets key themes emerging from the data. This supplementary material (v1.0) is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research on consumer perceptions of transparency, sustainability communication, and circular economy practices in, but not limited to, agricultural value chains.
