Copy of survey questions in pdf format from the UoB Public and SP voice in the assessment of professionalism research project 2023. Data were gathered from a convenience sample of 100 members of the general population in July 2023. Location was an outdoor public right-of-way, at the intersection of a university, NHS hospital and train station. Passersby were invited to spend 5-10 minutes participating in an oral survey about healthcare student professionalism, using a semi-structured questionnaire designed by the co-investigators. Questions were a mix of closed, list, ranking and free text. Data were anonymous, bar some broad (non-identifiable) demographic categorisation. Responses were recorded by the investigator directly into electronic tablet forms. There was no video/voice recording.
