本数据集聚焦土壤墒情与旱情预警，基于自动墒情监测站及气象数据，系统记录土壤水分分层（10cm/20cm/40cm/60cm）相对湿度、土壤贮水量、气象要素（降水、气温、蒸发），计算相对湿润度指数、作物缺水指数，并输出干旱等级与旱情预警等级（蓝/黄/橙/红）。数据覆盖主要农区及主粮作物生育期。适用于旱情监测、灌溉预报、抗旱应急决策等场景。

This dataset focuses on soil moisture and drought early warning. It is built based on automatic soil moisture monitoring stations and meteorological data, systematically recording the relative humidity of soil moisture at four soil depths (10cm/20cm/40cm/60cm), soil water storage capacity, and meteorological elements including precipitation, air temperature and evaporation. It also calculates the relative moisture index and crop water deficit index, and outputs drought grades and drought early warning levels (blue, yellow, orange, red). The dataset covers major agricultural regions and the growth periods of major staple food crops, and is applicable to scenarios such as drought monitoring, irrigation forecasting and drought emergency decision-making.
