Data and code for conditional effects of disruption concentration and expansion priorities for public charging in Berlin

Reproducibility release supporting Conditional effects of disruption concentration and expansion priorities for public charging in Berlin. This version adds conditional severity-radius-pressure response results, external status checks, matched-training specification holdouts, occupancy specification curves, the official continuous MSS gradient, center-weight sensitivity, 100 random specification partitions, uniform-candidate-pool diagnostics, saved numerical results, code and 30 final figures. Modeled service values are standardized power-allocation indices, not observed household charging access. The national raw operational export is not redistributed. Original code uses MIT; original documentation and non-database aggregate results use CC BY 4.0; third-party data retain source licenses including ODbL. Extract all part ZIPs into the same directory; verify_release.py checks restored file SHA-256 values. This new version supersedes Version 1.0.0 for the revised analyses; prior versions remain available. Download and restoration: download all nine Berlin_Charging_v2_part01.zip through part09.zip files and extract them into the same parent directory. All parts are ordinary ZIP files with a shared Berlin_Charging_Reproducibility_v2 root; no chunk joining is required. Run verify_release.py after extraction. README_v2.md, LICENSES_v2.md, RELEASE_SHA256_v2.json and UPLOAD_CHECKSUMS_v2.json describe execution, rights and integrity checks.
