Escherichia coli DH10B was adapted to high temperatures using adaptive laboratory evolution and the inducible mutagenesis plasmid MP6 from David R. Liu's lab. We performed whole-genome sequencing analysis on the starting lab DH10B strain and four heat-evolved isolates from throughout the adaptive laboratory evolution process.
