1、数据设计:从工业线缆测量设备的设计工具中获取设备零件类型、尺寸、结构方式;零件类型包括标准件和非标准件,根据需要测量的线径大小(2mm至20mm)重要部件的尺寸,进行扩展以适配应用线缆尺寸;根据国标设计结构;
2、数据处理:通过三维设计软件,将零件类型、尺寸、结构模拟为工业线缆测量仪,对5米至20米长度、直径10mm至50mm、多种弯曲角度条件的线缆进行模拟测量,根据模拟测量值与设定长度值的误差进行调整,确定工业线缆测量设备设计数据集。
3、数据应用:可用于线缆路径弯曲,弯曲角度不限,各种直径,长度不受限情况下的线缆长度进行准确的测量。
1. Data Design: Retrieve part types, dimensions and structural configurations from the design tools of industrial cable measurement equipment. The part types include standard and non-standard components. The design is expanded to adapt to the cable dimensions to be measured, specifically the dimensions of key components corresponding to the wire diameter range of 2 mm to 20 mm. All structural designs are formulated in accordance with Chinese national standards.
2. Data Processing: Utilize 3D design software to simulate industrial cable measuring instruments based on the acquired part types, dimensions and structural configurations. Perform simulated measurement tests on cables with lengths spanning 5 m to 20 m, diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm, and under diverse bending angle conditions. Adjust the design based on the error between the simulated measurement results and the preset length values, thereby finalizing the design dataset for industrial cable measurement equipment.
3. Data Application: This dataset can be used to accurately measure the length of cables in scenarios including cable path bending with unrestricted bending angles, cables of various diameters, and cables with unrestricted overall lengths.
