Topics: gaining knowledge and becoming better informed is a personal priority; interest in other cultures; respondent wants to improve his position in life; household facilities (electricity by public grid or by individual generator, running water, hot water, storage for water, indoor toilet, outdoor toilet, gas for cooking / heating, telephone (landline), TV, radio, PC (desktop and/or laptop), Internet access). Demography: sex; age (date of birth, categories); marital status; highest educational level of respondent and main breadwinner; current employment status and occupation of respondent and main breadwinner; mother tongue; other language(s); self-assessment of English language skills (understanding); monthly net household income (open and categories). Additionally coded was: questionnaire ID; city; district; number of call-backs, interview accompanied by supervisor; date of interview (day); timing of interview (start, finish); the respondent was re-contacted; weighting factor.
