本发明公开一种新型多孔淀粉负载紫杉醇纳米粒的制备工艺。与以往多孔淀粉载药不同,本发明提供了一种新型的多孔淀粉吸附方法,将紫杉醇以无定型的纳米粒形式负载到多孔淀粉中。本发明得到的多孔淀粉负载紫杉醇纳米粒(PNPS)的溶出速率和生物利用度与原药和传统工艺制备的多孔淀粉负载紫杉醇(PPS)相比,都得到了显著地提高。此外,本发明中使用的工艺具有操作简单,制备周期短,成本低,易于扩大,易于产业化的优点。
This invention discloses a novel preparation process for porous starch loaded with amorphous paclitaxel nanoparticles. Unlike conventional porous starch-based drug loading strategies, this invention employs a novel porous starch adsorption method to incorporate amorphous paclitaxel nanoparticles into the porous starch matrix. Compared with free paclitaxel and traditional paclitaxel-loaded porous starch (PPS) prepared via conventional processes, the dissolution rate and bioavailability of the as-prepared porous starch-supported paclitaxel nanoparticles (PNPS) are remarkably enhanced. Furthermore, the process utilized in this invention boasts such advantages as simple operation, short preparation cycle, low cost, easy scale-up, and amenability to industrialization.
