TIMER3是一个全面的肿瘤免疫浸润分析数据库，提供多种免疫去卷积算法估计的免疫细胞丰度，支持动态生成高质量图表探索肿瘤免疫学、临床和基因组特征。该数据库整合了15种最先进的免疫去卷积算法，包括人类和小鼠特异性方法，并集成了32个免疫治疗相关的公共RNA-seq数据集。TIMER3是TIMER系列的最新版本，由四川大学华西口腔医学院李泰文实验室开发。TIMER3 is a comprehensive database for tumor immune infiltration analysis. It provides immune cell abundance estimated by 15 state-of-the-art immune deconvolution algorithms, including human-specific and mouse-specific methods, and supports dynamically generating high-quality charts to explore tumor immunological, clinical and genomic features. This database also integrates 32 public RNA-seq datasets associated with immunotherapy. TIMER3 is the latest iteration of the TIMER family, developed by the Li Taiwen Laboratory at West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University.
