Table realised in the summer of 2018. It concerns the existence in groupings of municipalities of competence in relation to the management of aquatic environments. This competence, of course, includes water management and flood prevention (Gemapi). This table was established on the basis of information collected from June to July 2018 on the Aspic website (public services access to community information, reference information portal on the intercommunality of the Directorate-General for Local Authorities) and from the prefectures of Corrèze and Haute-Vienne (statutes and arrests) and some groupings of municipalities when there were points of uncertainty. These documents provide the actual situation in July 2018 on aquatic environmental management competence.

本数据集编制于2018年夏季，聚焦市镇共同体在水环境管理领域的法定职权存续情况。该职权范畴涵盖水资源管理与防洪工作（Gemapi）。本数据集的编制基于2018年6月至7月采集的多源信息：其一为Aspic门户网站（法国地方事务总局跨市镇事务公共服务信息访问与参考资讯平台）的公开数据；其二为科雷兹省（Corrèze）与上维埃纳省（Haute-Vienne）的省公署所存章程与行政政令；针对存在信息疑点的部分市镇共同体，亦补充采集了相关资料以完善数据。上述资料完整呈现了2018年7月时法国市镇共同体水环境管理职权的实际落实情况。
