Development Contribution (OpenData)

The amount needed to be funded by a developer for the additional demand that is placed on a particular service provided by the Council due to subdivision or building works creating a greater population base using that service. In Portal, Development Contribution Current Differential (OpenData) is configured to only show data for the current policy year. To view any other years, please use Development Contribution (ReadOnly), Development Contribution (OpenData), Development Contribution (Offline) or Development Contribution (Editable). Due to the amount of features, these layers default to a very small scale and will take some time to load. To use them in a map or app, please add a filter for the year of interest, and adjust the scale to the level of zoom you need. It is spatially abstracted to an Area. Entity type: Concept.
