影响着我国工业发展的高性能滚动轴承,如航空主轴轴承、风力发电齿轮箱轴承及新能源汽车电机轴承等,由于长期服役在恶劣工况下,要承受高接触应力、高旋转速度、高旋转周期、高温等极其严苛的工作条件,容易出现早期损伤,如擦伤、蝶形组织、密封受损等,进而影响轴承剩余寿命,减少其服役时间,甚至使得轴承的实际使用寿命远低于设计寿命,发生早期失效。
High-performance rolling bearings critical to China's industrial development, such as aero spindle bearings, wind power gearbox bearings, and new energy vehicle motor bearings, have long been operating under harsh working conditions. Subjected to extremely severe constraints including high contact stress, high rotational speed, high rotational cycles, and high temperature, these bearings are prone to early damages such as scuffing, butterfly-shaped microstructure, and seal damage. Such issues further reduce the remaining service life of the bearings, shorten their service duration, and even cause their actual service life to be far lower than the designed service life, ultimately leading to premature failure.
