Map layer Nature Parks NRW

The map layer nature parks can be selected in the Web Map Service Landscape Information Collection (WMS LINFOS) and displays the spatial location of the nature parks in North Rhine-Westphalia. According to § 27(1) BNatSchG, nature parks (NRPs) are "unified areas to be developed and maintained that are 1. large-scale, 2. predominantly landscape conservation areas or nature reserves, 3. are particularly suitable for recreation due to their landscape conditions and in which sustainable tourism is sought, 4. are provided for recreation according to the requirements of spatial planning, 5. serve the preservation, development or restoration of a landscape characterized by manifold uses and its biodiversity and biotope diversity and in which sustainable land use is sought for this purpose, 6. are particularly suitable for promoting sustainable regional development." Nature parks serve both the protection and preservation of cultural landscapes with their biotope and biodiversity - this is ensured above all through landscape conservation areas and nature reserves - as well as recreation, nature and environmentally friendly tourism and sustainable land use.

自然公园地图图层可在景观信息采集网络地图服务（WMS LINFOS）中选取，该图层可展示北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州境内自然公园的空间分布位置。根据《德国联邦自然保护法》（BNatSchG）第27条第1款，自然公园（NRPs）指“经统一开发与维护的连片区域，且满足以下条件：1. 具备一定规模；2. 主体为景观保护区或自然保护区；3. 凭借其景观禀赋尤其适宜开展休闲活动，并致力于发展可持续旅游；4. 依据空间规划要求，为公众休闲活动服务；5. 旨在保护、发展或修复兼具多重利用属性的景观及其生物多样性与生境多样性，并在此前提下推行可持续土地利用；6. 尤其适宜助力可持续区域发展。” 自然公园兼具保护与留存兼具生境与生物多样性的文化景观的功能——这一目标主要通过景观保护区与自然保护区得以实现——同时也服务于休闲活动、自然与环境友好型旅游以及可持续土地利用。
