Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Identification of IOTA Watercourses (Installation and Construction) in the Bouches-du-Rhône department

The Environmental Code, L215-7-1, defines a water course by its natural bed, its source having a sufficient flow rate for most of the year, and its flow cannot be permanent given local hydrological and geololic conditions. IOTAs are subject to declaration or authorisation under Article R214-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code according to their impact on aquatic environments.
