Programme Small Cities of Tomorrow

#### Presentation
Small towns of tomorrow aim to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of small municipalities and surrounding areas, by accompanying communities on dynamic and environmentally friendly paths. The objective of the programme is to give elected representatives of cities and their intercommunalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants exercising central functions the means to implement their territorial projects.

The dataset contains the list of selected municipalities for Small Cities of Tomorrow.

An update of the Small Cities of Tomorrow identifiers is scheduled for October/November 2021**. It will reveal the contractual partnerships between the different municipalities.

**_Opening the data file_**
_If you are using the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, a particular operation is required to open the data file:_
_1. Create a new Excel_ workbook
_2. Click on the **Data tab located in the ribbon and then click **from the text**_
_3. Choose the location of the csv file and click **Importer**_
_4. In the window that opens, choose the option **Delimited** and in File Origin, choose **65001: Unicode UTF8**. Click on **Next**_
_5. Select only the Separator **Virgule**. Click on **Next**_
_6. Choose the right column data format by referring to the dataset documentation. Click **Finish**._
