Temelin 3 & 4 NPP

As part of the transboundary environmental impact assessment procedure for the extension of the Temelin nuclear power plant, an expert opinion on the Environmental Impact Statement (EIA) was prepared by the Austrian Energy Agency and the Austrian Ecology Institute on behalf of the BMLFUW. The Federal Environment Agency supervises the procedure in terms of content and organisation. The technical opinion presents the extent to which the requirements for the EIA to be submitted by the project applicant ČEZ, as defined in accordance with the position of the Czech Ministry of the Environment, have also been met. The potential cross-border effects of the project were analysed as a matter of priority.作为泰梅林核电站扩建项目跨界环境影响评价流程的组成部分，奥地利能源署（Austrian Energy Agency）与奥地利生态研究所（Austrian Ecology Institute）受BMLFUW委托，编制了针对该项目环境影响报告书（Environmental Impact Statement, EIA）的专家评估意见。联邦环境署从内容与组织层面监督本评价流程。本技术评估意见阐明了项目申请人ČEZ提交的环境影响报告书所需满足的、依据捷克环境部相关立场所界定的各项要求的落实程度，并优先对该项目可能产生的跨境环境影响展开了分析。
