Specialization on the Polish Nuclear Energy Programme

In accordance with Article 10 of the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) and Article 7 of Directive (2001/42/EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment (SEA Directive), the Republic of Poland has notified the Republic of Austria of the establishment of the Polish Nuclear Energy Programme (PPK).根据《跨界环境影响评估公约（埃斯波公约，Espoo Convention）》的《战略环境评估议定书》第十条，以及欧洲议会与欧盟理事会2001年6月27日发布的《关于评估特定计划与规划对环境影响的指令》（战略环境评估指令，SEA Directive，2001/42/EC号）第七条之规定，波兰共和国已就其设立波兰核能计划（PPK）一事向奥地利共和国作出通报。
