Algorithm Rules: This dataset is built on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model, where corresponding coefficients are assigned to eight value dimensions of patents, namely patent validity period, number of inventors, agency status, number of received citations, number of citations made by the patent, number of patent family members, number of claims, and number of litigation cases. The sum of the scores of these eight dimensions is defined as the comprehensive patent value, and the IFS function is employed to evaluate the patent value, which is used to assess the value of existing patents and provide technical support for domain technicians, market entities, and achievement transformation institutions.

Specific algorithm rules are listed below:
1. Patent validity period score: Calculated as the number of years from the data download date (September 21, 2023) to the estimated patent expiration date, with 1 point awarded per full year.
2. Number of inventors score: Calculated based on the count of inventors, with 1 point granted for each inventor.
3. Agency status score: 5 points if the patent is represented by a patent agency, 0 points otherwise.
4. Received citations score: +10 points for each time the patent is cited by other patents.
5. Citations made score: +2 points for each time the patent cites another patent.
6. Patent family score: +1 point for each additional patent family member beyond the baseline of 1 family patent.
7. Number of claims score: Taking 10 claims as the baseline, 1 point is deducted for each claim fewer than 10, and 1 point is added for each claim exceeding 10.
8. Litigation cases score: +50 points for each litigation case involving the patent.

The final calculated score is rounded to the nearest integer.
