A survey of rice noodle product testing was conducted in the food production sector of Rui'an City, to provide factual evidence for qualification rate assessment, as well as references and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Rice noodle product inspections were carried out across the entire municipal food production sector, and the collected test result data was analyzed. 2. Data Testing: Food products were tested against national standards including GB 2760-2014 "National Food Safety Standard for Uses of Food Additives", product explicitly stated standards and quality requirements, to obtain relevant test data. 3. Data Processing: All non-conforming test results were screened out, and the disqualification rate was evaluated. The overall sample disqualification rate is calculated as: total number of non-conforming samples / total number of all samples; the disqualification rate for specific product categories (e.g., hand-pulled noodles) is calculated as: number of non-conforming samples in the specific category / total number of samples in that category. Through analysis of the overall sample disqualification rate, the current food safety status of rice noodle products in the city's food production sector can be clarified. Through analysis of the disqualification rates of different product categories, the categories with relatively high disqualification rates can be identified, providing data references for the public's healthy dietary choices, and offering guidance for determining key inspection targets in subsequent work.
