This study demonstrate the biological function of JAG1 intracellular domain (JICD1). In order to elucidate the transcriptional regulation of JICD1, ChIP sequencing were performed using HA and H3K9Ac antibody. Ink4a-/- murine astrocytes were transfected with pcDNA puro (control) or pcDNA HA-JICD puro (HA-JICD).
