(1) Data Cleaning: Clean the dataset by removing abnormal data and handling missing values. (2) Data Acquisition and Processing: We perform in-depth data analysis on the daily data transmitted from charging stations and charging piles to the Octopus System, to extract key performance indicators such as daily charging frequency, total parking duration (h), total power of charging equipment (kW) and number of charging equipment, so as to calculate core metrics including average power (kW) and charging pile utilization rate. This helps optimize charging station operation strategies and improve operators' efficiency and profitability. (3) Data Refinement: Evaluate station performance by focusing on several key indicators: - Average power (kW) = Total power of charging equipment (kW) / Number of charging equipment, which reflects the charging speed and efficiency of the charging station; - Charging pile utilization rate = Charging frequency / Total number of charging piles, a critical metric for measuring the operational efficiency of charging stations; - Average parking duration (h) = Total parking duration (h) / Total number of charging piles, an important indicator reflecting both the operational efficiency of the charging station and customer experience; - Charging station tariff = (Charging electricity rate + Service fee rate + Parking fee) / 3, which aids in evaluating the pricing strategy of the charging station and users' willingness to pay.
