资源简介:
Service WFS – Areas of archaeological presumption of the commune of Cayenne approved by prefectoral order n°2019-54 of Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Presumptive Archaeological Prescription Zones (PAZs) are used to alert planners to sensitive archaeological areas of the territory that are presumed to be subject to preventive archaeology requirements. These ZPPAs are areas in which development works subject to planning authorisation (building permits, development permits, permits to demolish) and concerted development areas (ZACs) of less than three hectares may be subject to preventive archaeology requirements. The PAPAs are included in the State Department’s public awareness for the design of spatial planning documents (PLU, SCOT). Areas of presumption of archaeological prescription are, for the public, an information tool and, for DRAC, a tool for the recruitment of development files.
