Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Area of presumption of archaeological requirements

Pursuant to Article L. 522-5 of the Heritage Code and Articles 4 and 5 of Decree No 2004-490 of 3 June 2004 on administrative and financial procedures relating to preventive archaeology:
‘Areas of presumptive archaeological requirements’, in which development operations affecting the subsoil are presumed to be subject to archaeological requirements prior to their implementation, are carried over to a medium-scale cartographic background (Scan25) or large scale (cadastre) which is annexed to the prefectural zoning decree. This by-law may concern all or part of the territory of a municipality. For the same municipality, if more than one area is created, it is possible to make a global order or an order for each area (in particular in the case of amending decrees following archaeological discovery).

依据《遗产法典》第L. 522-5条，以及2004年6月3日第2004-490号政令中有关预防性考古行政与财务程序的第4条及第5条：“推定考古义务区域（Areas of presumptive archaeological requirements），即地下开发作业在实施前被推定需符合考古相关要求的区域，被转绘至附于省一级分区政令的中比例尺制图底图（Scan25）或大比例尺地籍图（cadastre）。本政令可覆盖某一市镇的全部或部分领土。对于同一市镇，若划定多个此类区域，可发布整体政令或针对单个区域发布政令（尤其是在考古发现后修订政令的情形）。
