GNPS Big 5-2 acid mine drainage water filtration test

Test run of method for acid mine drainage filtration. Water was collected from Big 5 water treatment pipeline, stored in HDPE bottle for ~8 months, thawed, filtered through a 0.22 um PES filter in a Nalgene reusable bottle top filter unit, and transferred onto SPE column via PTFE tubing and polypropylene adapter. The purpose of this test was to determine what contaminants or extractables could be expected with the above workflow.
