Number of pupils in year T-2 who have completed their upper secondary education with a municipal upper secondary qualification in year T (regardless of where those studies take place), divided by the number of pupils in year T-2 who have completed their upper secondary education with a municipal upper secondary qualification. To qualify as a student, you must have been registered at a university, college or other form of education eligible for student financial aid, such as a university of applied sciences or adult education, and have received some form of student financial aid (regardless of how much). Alternatively, have completed higher education credits or completed credits from Komvux the same year, and that you are not classified as established in the labour market.
