Domain IT health, total score

An overall assessment of the health status of the municipality/region domain. The grade is the sum of the results in the assessment categories: DNS, mail and web. Twelve different metrics divided into these categories can give a total maximum score of 12. Each metric can produce four different results: ‘good’ = 1, ‘neutral’ = 0, ‘warning’ = -1 and ‘error’ = -2. Previous years are represented by the value of Q4, ongoing years are updated each quarter.
